If there's anything further you'd like to share on this, please let us know. However I appreciate you explaining your experience in wanting to compare your library with Steam to make a purchase. Your web team are literally putting barriers in the way of customers giving you money.Īt the moment, the Ubisoft Connect site is not planned to be an accurate representation of your entire library, as the Ubisoft Connect PC client servers as this. So instead of buying all the Prince of Persian games I have bought something else. I didn't want to purchase a game I already own, so I came to the web browser thinking a game store, where you buy games, would have a list of the games I own, not just the number. The reason I wanted to find out what games I have, is because I have a Prince of Persia game on Uplay i can't remember which one, I'm not in front of my computer and there is special offer on Steam for all the Prince of Persia games. Your Answer "Because the web team made a stupid decision on how the games are shown, so you can't see the games you own on a system that is centered around selling games" Our Question "Why is your web interface broken?" ![]() You need to fire the people designing the UI in your web team. ![]() It's the most confusing, convoluted mess. So I know I have 14 games, it just won't tell me what they are. So via web browser, Ubisoft Connect tells me I have 14 games but only shows 5 that I have played, Ubisoft Store orders page shows I have purchased 3 games directly, but doesn't show the games registered via Steam and Amazon. Does nobody who designs the interface actually use it? ![]() Who comes up with these stupid UI decisions. Ubisoft connect web browser interface says I own 14 games but only shows 5. What about people who collect games but don't have time to play them all? Like 99% of gamers. Ubisoft know what games we own, but will only show games you have launched at least once. ![]() This is the most stupid system I've ever heard of.
